Heritage Greece is a complimentary, two-week National Hellenic Society educational and cultural program designed to connect Greek-American college students who have never or seldom been to Greece with their ancestral heritage. The Heritage Greece program offers students the opportunity to experience the culture and language of Greece.
This unique program is offered free of charge by the National Hellenic Society and is hosted by DEREE – The American College of Greece.
On behalf of the National Hellenic Society, DEREE is accepting applications through March 1, 2011, and the program dates are June 8–24, 2011. We are seeking 20 Greek- American college students who have grade point averages (GPA) of 3.0 or higher and have never been to Greece or haven't been to Greece in many years.
